Do I have to buy the equipment from you to order a service?▾
Configuration and calibration services apply to devices from our range — including ones you bought from us earlier. If you have equipment from another supplier, write to us — we'll tell you straight whether we can help.
How does remote configuration work? Do you need access to our network?▾
We work in a session you can see and supervise — via screen sharing or temporary VPN access. We don't keep permanent access and don't log in outside the agreed sessions.
What calibration certificate will I get? Will the inspector accept it?▾
The certificate is issued by the calibration laboratory we work with. On request, calibration is carried out by an accredited laboratory — and the certificate bears its accreditation mark. The certificate documents the measurement result; the required interval and scope are set by your own procedure — we help you meet them, but we don't rule on compliance.
Will monitoring stop during calibration?▾
No. We send the calibrated unit first and collect yours only once the new one is running. Data keeps recording without a break.
When does the lead time start?▾
From payment of the order and delivery of all the required information — for example network details or the card database file. All lead times are given in business days.
Will I get a VAT invoice? How does payment work?▾
Yes — we issue an invoice for every service; VAT is applied according to your country and tax status (EU reverse charge where applicable). Services have no shipping costs. The service agreement is invoiced once a year, in advance — no monthly payments.
Will you come and install the sensors?▾
Not ourselves — we work remotely. Installation is done by your electrician or IT team following our instructions (Ready packages include instructions and a checklist), or by an integration partner we can put you in touch with.
After deployment — who changes the thresholds or adds a sensor?▾
You can do it yourself — you get the documentation. You can also buy a single support hour (EUR 55 net) or a 5-hour package valid for 12 months (EUR 188 net). Ready packages include the first 30 days of support and one threshold adjustment.
Do you handle the alarms? Do you have 24/7 on-call staff?▾
No. Monitoring notifications go to you and your team — we don't run a monitoring centre or offer an alarm-response SLA. We work and schedule all jobs on business days.
