Zabbix and Nagios integration connects environmental monitoring devices to your running supervision system and puts the collection of parameters and alarms in order. We prepare dedicated scripts or templates — items, triggers and a dashboard — configure them remotely under your supervision, and hand over the agreed result with a post-deployment note. The service can also cover the configuration of CE MonitorApp, RFID readers, I/O modules and RS485–ETH converters.

FAQ — integration and remote configuration
What does Zabbix and Nagios integration involve?
Chip Electronics prepares scripts or templates that bring supported devices into your local Zabbix or Nagios system. The exact scope depends on the devices, the available protocols and the parameters to be monitored.
Does remote configuration require permanent access to our network?
No. The work takes place in a session the customer can see and supervise, for example via screen sharing or temporary VPN access. Chip Electronics does not store permanent access credentials and does not log in outside the agreed session.
Does the service also cover RFID and I/O modules?
Yes. Through this page you can also arrange the configuration of RFID readers, I/O modules or CE MonitorApp. The scope of work is agreed before the remote session starts.
