Production hall monitoring
Production hall monitoring
We don't sell a list of protocols. We ask what you want to achieve — fewer rejects, process documentation, a technical alarm — and build the system from EnviSensor, Papouch and Vutlan devices, configured before shipping.

Start with the goal, not the protocol
Modbus, LAN/PoE or Wi-Fi temperature sensor?
Wi-Fi wins on simplicity, LAN/PoE on stability in a hall full of interference, while Modbus and 4–20 mA let you plug in existing industrial sensors and I/O modules for automation. We combine all three in one system — and the readings end up in one dashboard.
How it works
Needs audit — we go through the list of points: what you measure, with what, and where data is missing.
Pre-shipment configuration — Modbus addressing, analogue input scaling, thresholds and reports set before delivery.
Your data stays with you — CE MonitorApp installed locally on your server, if process data must not leave the plant.

Why us
✓ One system for climate sensors and machine signals — no two separate dashboards
✓ On-premise with no small print: local software is a standard item in our offer, not "ask for a quote"
✓ A 30-day trial in your hall — check range and resistance to interference before you decide
✓ PCA-accredited calibration for points that require documented accuracy
FAQ
Which connectivity should I choose for the hall: Wi-Fi, LAN or Modbus?
Wi-Fi for a quick start in the office part of the plant, LAN/PoE where stability matters, Modbus/RS485 for integration with automation. We usually combine two of the three — the selection is part of the quote.
I have 4–20 mA sensors — can I connect them?
Yes, Papouch analogue input modules accept 4–20 mA and 0–10 V; we set the scaling to physical units before shipping.
Does the data have to go to the cloud?
No. We install the local software on your network — readings, alarms and reports work without the internet.
How can I check the range before buying?
Take a kit on a 30-day trial: install the sensors at the target points and watch the transmission stability in the dashboard. The trial is free.
