Andon on the shop floor — large LED display driven locally by an I/O module
The kit shows a piece counter, line status or takt time on a large LED display on the shop floor, driven by signals from an I/O module. Everything works on your network — web panels, HTTP GET, SNMP Get. No cloud.
Three operating modes — you choose
1. Locally, without the cloud
The TDS ETH display and the Quido ETH module have built-in web pages on your LAN. Control and readout via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) or SNMP — straight from your MES or a simple script. Data never leaves the plant.
2. On-premise with a monitoring system
Integration with MES / SCADA via HTTP GET and SNMP. Quido counts pulses from a sensor on the line, TDS displays the result — the logic stays on your side, with no external platform.
3. CE MonitorApp cloud — included, but optional
This kit does not require any cloud to work. If you want remote access to multiple locations, you can optionally add an EnviSensor data logger and the CE MonitorApp platform — it's a choice, not a requirement.
No cloud? This kit works 100% on your network
You don't need to create an account, register devices or allow any outbound traffic. Configuration, data view and alarms all work locally: a built-in web panel on your LAN, data readout via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and SNMP Get, and e-mail alarms sent directly from the device. If your IT department does not allow cloud solutions — this kit meets that requirement without compromise.
Integration with your software
You can retrieve data directly from the devices via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and via SNMP (read) — for your own reports, documentation and Zabbix/BMS/SCADA systems, without going through the cloud.

A line counter without a system integrator
A crew that can't see its current output only finds out about falling behind at the end of the shift. An andon display shortens that loop to seconds. One shift brought back on schedule usually means several thousand PLN of production not lost — and you install the kit without a system integrator.

You can order the kit with alarm thresholds and addressing preconfigured for your network — just take it out of the box and plug it in. We provide remote assistance with the first start-up. Also available for rent (MaaS) with monthly billing.
