LAN-RS485 media converter — RS485 to Ethernet Network Gateway
The LAN-RS485 media converter lets you connect devices equipped with an RS485 interface to a computer or local network via LAN TCP/IP. It is a simple and effective solution for installations where RS485 serial devices need to be integrated into an Ethernet-based network infrastructure.
The converter is managed and configured via a built-in web page, and firmware updates are performed using the TFTP protocol. The device is well suited for work with the Modbus protocol, supporting Client TCP-Server TCP, Client UDP-Server UDP and UDP Multicast connection modes.
The converter is mounted on a DIN rail and can be powered via Passive PoE 12-24VDC or directly through a 12-24VDC screw terminal.
