EDGAR — Ethernet to RS232 or RS485 converter with PoE power
EDGAR converts an Ethernet signal to an RS232 serial port or an RS485 bus. You can power it directly from the network (PoE 802.3af) or from an external 11–58 V DC source.
An additional VOUT output lets you power another device from the same module, and communication is also possible via HTTP GET, TCP and UDP.
