Collection Microclimate — two measuring points with a PCA calibration certificate

A kit for museums, archives or libraries that need to document the storage conditions of their collections, not just observe them. Two temperature and humidity measuring points, water leak detection and — what is decisive in this segment — PCA calibration certificates for both sensors included in the kit.

A calibration certificate is the difference between “we have sensors” and “we have a documented, reliable record of conditions”. Conservators and auditors ask about the latter.

PCA calibration included in the kit price

Both temperature and humidity sensors receive a calibration certificate from a PCA-accredited laboratory. You don't need to ask for it or order it separately — it is included, together with documentation for the building's records.

It is worth renewing the certificate periodically. The renewal service is available in our range as a separate item, so you can include it in the maintenance budget in advance.

Continuous recording, not a reading once a week

The data logger records measurements continuously and sends an alarm when humidity or temperature leaves the range set for a given type of collection. The history is ready to print or export when an inspection comes or when you need to justify a ventilation upgrade.

Water leaks — the number one risk in collection storerooms

Archive and museum storerooms are very often located in basements or under building services. A spot sensor detects a leak where water appears first and sends an alarm immediately — not after the humidity in the room starts to rise.

Local operation without the cloud

The data logger has a built-in web page, provides data via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and SNMP, and sends e-mail alarms directly from the device. Free access to CE MonitorApp is included in the kit, but using the cloud remains entirely optional.
