What does the extended warranty protect against?
Under the extended warranty, we guarantee the proper quality of the product, subject to the exclusions specified in our terms and conditions. Liability under this warranty covers only physical defects arising from causes inherent in the sold product at the time of its delivery.
What does the price of the warranty depend on?
The exact cost of purchasing an extended warranty depends on the value of the purchased equipment and the duration of the protection.
- Protection for equipment worth up to PLN 400 net costs PLN 50 net for 1 year, PLN 75 - 2 years and PLN 100 - 3 years (Extended warranty - CE Small Warranty)
- Protection for equipment worth from PLN 400 to PLN 2,000 net costs PLN 100 net for 1 year, PLN 250 - 2 years and PLN 300 - 3 years (Extended warranty - CE Medium Warranty)
- Protection for equipment worth from PLN 2,000 to PLN 3,000 net costs PLN 325 net for 1 year, PLN 400 - 2 years and PLN 500 - 3 years (Extended warranty - CE Premium Warranty)
- For equipment worth more than PLN 3,000 - costs are determined individually.
The price applies to a single unit of equipment.
What equipment can be covered?
The extended warranty can cover all controllers and motion sensors. The protection does not apply to rack cabinets and accessories.
How long does it take to process a claim for a product defect?
The average waiting time is 2 weeks. In exceptional cases, the whole process may take up to 3 weeks.
