Collection Microclimate — four measuring points with PCA calibration certificates

A variant of the Collection Microclimate kit for buildings with several rooms: the exhibition hall, storeroom, studio and archive usually have different conditions and different conservation requirements. Four independent data loggers with temperature and humidity sensors, two water leak sensors and four PCA calibration certificates included.

Four rooms, four independent records

Each data logger works independently and has its own IP address. A failure of one does not erase the records from the others, and rooms can be documented separately — which matters when different types of collections have different permissible humidity ranges.

PCA certificates for all four points

Each measuring point receives a temperature and humidity calibration certificate from a PCA-accredited laboratory. This is the element usually missing from ad hoc quotes — and without it, the record has no evidential value in a dispute or an inspection.

Renewal of the certificates after they expire is a separate item in our range, so the maintenance cost can be included in a multi-year budget.

Water leak detection at the two most exposed locations

You distribute the two spot sensors according to risk, not according to the number of rooms: usually a basement storeroom and a spot under a pipe or an air-conditioning unit. The alarm is sent immediately, regardless of the humidity reading.

Documentation that will justify a modernization

A continuous measurement history from the entire building is the strongest argument when discussing a replacement of ventilation or air conditioning. Instead of describing the problem in words, you show a chart from specific rooms and specific months.
