Delta-T of a refrigeration system — measurement on the supply and return pipes

The temperature difference between supply and return (delta-T) tells you whether the chiller is delivering its capacity. The kit measures it with TQS4 P sensors clamped onto the outside of the pipe — without cutting into the pipework. A third point monitors the plant room temperature. The Polish-made EnviSensor RS Gate presents everything locally: web interface, JSON/XML, SNMP Get. The CE MonitorApp cloud is included, but optional.

Three operating modes — you choose

1. Locally, without the cloud

The gateway presents all thermometers on the bus on its built-in web page on your LAN. Data via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and SNMP Get, e-mail alarms directly from the device.

2. On-premise with a monitoring system

Zabbix templates or direct Modbus RTU readout from the bus into SCADA/BMS — with no intermediary platform.

3. CE MonitorApp cloud — included, but optional

The CE MonitorApp cloud is included in the kit — Free access with no time limit and no fees. It adds real value when you need access from outside your local network or want several locations in one dashboard. But using it is entirely optional: you don't log in, you don't create an account and you lose nothing — the devices work exactly the same locally. One device, two paths — you can choose at any time. SMS notifications and longer history are available in optional paid plans (from PLN 180 net/year).

No cloud? This kit works 100% within your network

You don't need to create an account, register devices or let traffic out of your network. Configuration, data view and alarms all work locally: the built-in web interface on your LAN, data readout via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and SNMP Get, and e-mail alarms sent directly from the device. If your IT department does not allow cloud solutions, this kit meets that requirement without compromise.

Integration with your software

You can retrieve data directly from the devices via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and via SNMP (read) — for your own reports, documentation and Zabbix/BMS/SCADA systems, without going through the cloud.

Delta-T spots a failure weeks in advance

The temperature difference between supply and return tells you directly whether the chiller is delivering its capacity — a drop is the first symptom of refrigerant loss or air in the system, visible weeks before a breakdown. A service call after cooling has stopped means emergency costs plus lost goods; the same service scheduled based on the delta-T reading costs a fraction of that.

Pre-shipment configuration

You can order the kit with alarm thresholds and network addressing already configured for your network — just take it out of the box and plug it in. We provide remote help with the first start-up. Also available for rent (MaaS) with monthly billing.
