Production I/O module — 16 inputs, 2 outputs, Ethernet
A kit for remote supervision of signals on the shop floor. Papouch Quido ETH 2/16 collects the state of 16 digital inputs (machine contacts, limit switches, fault signals) and controls 2 relay outputs over the network, while the DIN bracket lets you mount the module in a control cabinet.
Unnoticed line downtime is the most expensive thing in production: an hour of machine downtime usually means several to a dozen or so thousand PLN of lost production. The kit sends a fault signal immediately, without waiting for an inspection round.
