Production efficiency monitoring — collecting machine data locally
The kit collects signals from machines (cycle, stoppage, alarm) and calculates actual run time and downtime. It works on your network — no cloud, no service contract, no production data sent outside.
Three operating modes — you choose
1. Locally, without the cloud
WorkMonitor and Quido ETH have built-in web pages on your LAN. You can retrieve data via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and SNMP Get into your own spreadsheet, database or report. Production data stays in the plant.
2. On-premise with a monitoring system
The kit is a data source for your MES/BI. Readout via HTTP GET and SNMP, with no intermediary platform and no per-user licensing.
3. CE MonitorApp cloud — included, but optional
This kit does not require any cloud to work. If you want remote access to multiple locations, you can optionally add an EnviSensor data logger and the CE MonitorApp platform — it's a choice, not a requirement.
No cloud? This kit works 100% on your network
You don't need to create an account, register devices or allow any outbound traffic. Configuration, data view and alarms all work locally: a built-in web panel on your LAN, data readout via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and SNMP Get, and e-mail alarms sent directly from the device. If your IT department does not allow cloud solutions — this kit meets that requirement without compromise.
Integration with your software
You can retrieve data directly from the devices via HTTP GET (JSON/XML) and via SNMP (read) — for your own reports, documentation and Zabbix/BMS/SCADA systems, without going through the cloud.

Machine data without an MES rollout
Without downtime measurement, any discussion about productivity is based on impressions. The kit shows how long the machine actually ran and where the time was lost. Recovering one hour a day on a line is usually worth tens of thousands of PLN a year — and it doesn't require rolling out a full MES.
