NETIO PowerPDU 8QV — 8x powerCON power strip for a 19" rack cabinet with remote control
PowerPDU 8QV is a power strip (PDU) with 8 independently controlled powerCON outputs, designed for mounting in a 19" rack cabinet (1U). The powerCON connectors lock mechanically, so equipment will not be disconnected accidentally by vibration or a tug on the cable — a solution built for stages, recording studios, AV installations and events, where losing power is not an option.
You switch each output on and off independently — via a web browser, the NETIO Mobile 2 app, the NETIO Cloud or Open API (JSON, SNMP, Modbus/TCP, MQTT-flex and more). ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching) protects connected equipment with high inrush current against overloads at startup.
Key parameters
- Outputs: 8x powerCON grey (max 16A/output)
- Input: powerCON blue, 100/240V (max 16A)
- Network: LAN (RJ45)
- Mounting: Rack 19", DIN rail, Rack 10"
- Dimensions: 439 x 41 x 90 mm
- Switching: ZVS (Zero Voltage Switching)
- API: JSON, MQTT-flex, SNMP v1/v3, Modbus/TCP, XML, URL API, Telnet
- Warranty: 6 years
Basic features:
- Locking powerCON connectors: eliminate the risk of accidental power disconnection.
- 8 independent outputs: you switch on, switch off and schedule each one separately.
- Remote control: via WEB, mobile app, NETIO Cloud or Open API.
- Scheduler: automatic switching of outputs on/off by day and time.
- AV drivers: ready-made integration with Crestron, Q-SYS, Atlona, SKAARHOJ and other systems.
- 1U mounting in a 19" cabinet: saves space in the rack without extra brackets.
Applications
PowerPDU 8QV is ideal wherever power must run without interruptions or accidental disconnections: broadcast and production studios, LED walls, live events, server and network racks, and AV installations in commercial buildings. With powerCON connectors and full remote control, it is the natural choice for integrators who cannot afford a power failure during production.
