IncRS232 - RS232 for incremental sensor, 5 V input
IncRS can count pulses from an incremental sensor (encoder). It communicates via the RS232 serial port (IncRS232 variant) or the RS485 bus (IncRS485 variant).
The device is used wherever precise information about position, rotation or displacement measured by an incremental encoder is needed. The sensor power output (5 V, max. 200 mA) is short-circuit proof and fuse-protected, which protects the installation against damage.
