CQ485 — RS485/RS422 line separator and isolator
CQ485 is an RS485/RS422 to RS485/RS422 line converter (separator, isolator), available in passive or active mode.
In passive mode, the signal is only shaped by TTL components, without introducing any delay. In active mode, data is received and transmitted by a processor, which means it is fully regenerated — the transmission delay then corresponds to the length of one byte. A transmission speed of up to 921.6 kBd and optional double galvanic isolation make CQ485 a solid solution for demanding industrial installations.
