Automation instead of configuration

• Sensor auto-detection: a new sensor plugged into the controller bus appears in the system by itself — with measurements, alarms and a place on the dashboard — in about 90 seconds. This applies to all types of Vutlan sensors: temperature, humidity, water leak, smoke, AC voltage and cabinet access.

• Adding devices on a single page: you enter the controller's name and IP address and select the readout methods (SNMP v1/v2c/v3 or REST API) — hosts, templates and groups configure themselves.

• Unlimited expansion: you add more controllers, VT408 and VT440 expansion modules and PDU power strips the same way; the dashboard and notifications cover them automatically.

A dashboard that tells you everything at a glance

• Main dashboard: a “Live measurements” honeycomb with all sensors from all controllers, temperature and humidity charts, main and backup power status, statistics and a list of recent alarms — in a dark theme, with the CE MonitorApp logo.

• Cabinet and power view: separate panels for discrete events — door opening, water leak, smoke, AC power loss — and for PDU power strips with per-outlet energy consumption. You can see which device in the cabinet has started running hotter than usual before it turns into a failure.

• Operator dashboard: each operator has their own fully editable view; the main dashboard remains locked (read-only for staff).

• Measurement history: 365 days of detailed data and trends — a full year for audits, complaints and SLA settlements.

Alarms that get through

• Thresholds and watchdogs: warning and critical temperature thresholds, humidity thresholds, discrete input alarms with custom names (e.g. “server room door open”, “leak under the air conditioner”, “phase loss”), a no-data watchdog after 5 minutes of silence.

• E-mail notifications in Polish: an alarm approx. 1.5 minutes after a threshold is exceeded and a separate message when the problem clears. SMTP configuration on a dedicated bilingual page in the panel, with a test message.

• Works with the controller's logic schemes: immediate responses (beacon, siren, relay) stay on the Vutlan side and work even when the monitoring server is switched off. Zabbix handles history, event correlation and notifications to people.

Day-to-day operation without an IT specialist

Dedicated pages in the panel — in Polish and English:

• Alarm thresholds: each controller shown once (regardless of the number of readout methods), a full list of inputs and sensors on the bus with the option to set thresholds even for items not yet connected; an empty field restores the default value, and the form enforces the correct order of thresholds.

• CSV measurement export: you choose the controller and date range and get a file that opens correctly in Excel — measurements only, no technical clutter.

• Operator account with a secure, restricted role: staff can see dashboards, measurements and alarms, but cannot break the system configuration or controller settings.

Deployment and security

• Offline installation from a single file: a complete package with the Zabbix 7.0 LTS engine and database (Docker containers) — no internet required on the target machine. Linux and macOS: a single command; Windows: a clickable .exe wizard with the product logo.

• Remote deployment included in the service: we install via SSH or remote desktop, add the controllers, map the sensors to their mounting locations, configure thresholds and e-mail, and hand over a ready-to-use system with documentation.

• 2 years of support and updates: you pay once, at purchase — for 24 months you get Chip Electronics technical support and system updates included in the price. After that period, you can purchase access to further updates without having to buy the license again.

• Your data stays with you: the system runs exclusively on your LAN. Zero telemetry, zero outbound connections, passwords generated automatically and protected by file permissions.
